Our client, a Company working in Online Betting & Gaming industry, is looking for positive and open-minded Finnish Speakers to join their multinational Customer Service team. What will you be doing as a Customer Service Agent for Finnish market?

  • You will be acting as the First Point of Contact for Finnish speaking Customers and providing them with any support they’re looking for.
  • This role is based on written communication – chat and email.
  • You will be involved in additional tasks and projects, e.g. translations, developing knowledge database, etc.


What are the requirements?

  • Fluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written)
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superb PC/ technology skills and good understanding of new technologies
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Experience in Customer Service field desired
